  • You have lifetime access to your Digital Downloads once you have successfully downloaded the materials. Remember, each Digital Download purchase and item is licensed for one user only. Sharing the planner, templates or printables with family and friends or others for them to use violates the Terms of Service.

  • No, all products sold are Digital Downloads. They are either in the form of PDFs, worksheet templates or editable templates in Canva.

  • Yes, your purchase comes with instructions to use that arrive in your email. You can always contact customer service with questions at hello@naomihillplanning.com

  • No. Due to the digital nature and immediate access of the products, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges.

  • An address is a billing requirement to verify card information and protect from fraud.

  • Yes, only after successfully downloading the files, the links will expire after 24 hours.

  • If you lose your link and need a new one within 30 days of your purchase, just email hello@naomihillplanning.com.

    After 30 days from purchase date, it is our policy not to provide new download links. We suggest that you backup your files in the cloud or on an external device for safety.

  • While you may browse and purchase from any version of our site, please be aware that the majority of products are delivered as compressed ZIP files. That means you'll need to extract them to get to your actual files. While this is easy on a desktop/laptop, it can be tricky on mobile, and may require an app to work. So yes, you can download your purchases on a mobile device, but it is not necessarily recommended.
